The traditional real estate market runs on commission. Big commission. For decades, buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords have paid a toll simply to talk to each other — a toll that only shrinks if you happen to already know the person on the other side of the deal.
We asked a simpler question: what if that toll wasn't compulsory?
We looked at how home seekers and home owners actually move through a transaction — in rentals and in sales — and borrowed a principle that's reshaped other industries before: connect the two sides directly, and let the value flow to them.

That's Gllit.
Every listing on Gllit is built for one outcome: a direct, transparent conversation between the person who owns a property and the person who wants it — with no commission sitting in the middle by default.
That put real savings back in the pockets of buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords across the UAE.
Real estate in the UAE has long rewarded scale. The largest agencies get the visibility, the leads, and the leverage. Small and independent agents — often the ones who actually know a neighbourhood — get what's left over.
Gllit has now opened its platform to RERA-verified agents and independent brokers, on terms designed to benefit the buyer or tenant. Every agent listing carries a minimum 20% discount on standard commission, verified and enforced.
Home seekers get more inventory with a guaranteed saving built in. Agents get access to high-intent buyers and tenants, and a fee structure built around volume, not gatekeeping.
Owner-direct listings remain the default of the platform. Agent listings sit alongside them, clearly marked, competing on the one thing that's always mattered here: how much they save the customer.
The mission hasn't moved: everyone should have the choice to get the best deal. We've just made sure more of the market can offer it.
Gllit was founded by Arijit Sen and Smriti Tripathi, built with the teams at Mercury Digital and Pixel Solutionz, and shaped along the way by advisors Swati Vats, Arun Kumar, Prasad Raikar and Roxanne Brouillet.
