With Gllit, you deal directly with owner and skip hefty brokerage fees. To incentivise owners to choose the direct route, Gllit allows them to markup the Listing Price with a small Go-Direct Benefit — capped at just 0.9% of the listing price for sale properties and at 2.3% of listing price for rental properties.
The markup is optional — Owners may or may not include it, depending on market conditions. And, it is negotiable: Buyers/Tenants can always discuss it during price talks.
It’s simply sharing of savings with the owner for choosing the transparent, direct route, that results in you saving with ZERO commission.
