Step 1: Add Ownership Information

Tell us about the nature of ownership and the names of the owners.

Please be aware that in case you are not the sole owner of the property, you may need a Power of Attorney (POA) by the owner in your favour, at the time of executing the Sale Deed.

Step 2: Add Property Details

• Fill the form to share specific details about your property
• Give a good catchy title for the property (Heading)
• Write a short descriptive note highlighting the attractive aspects of your property (Short Description)

Step 3: Mark the Location

You need to allow Location sharing on your laptop or mobile, if the setting is currently off.

Please mark the pin on the location of the property on the map. You can do that by searching the location using ‘Enter a location’ field on the top OR by scrolling over the map.

Complete the address fields by adding Apartment/Villa Number and Name.

Step 4: Add Property Images

• Upload upto 10 images of your property. The first image will be the Cover Image.
• Better images attract more enquiries so be sure to upload the most depictive and attractive ones.
• Photos must be in JPG or PNG format.
• Upload upto 10 images (Max. file size is 1 MB each).
• We recommend that LANDSCAPE images be uploaded (as against PORTRAIT images).

Step 5: Upload Documents

Please confirm that you are authorised to list this property by uploading

• Property Title Deed in PDF, JPG or PNG format.
• Your Passport (with Visa page) in PDF, JPG or PNG format.

Step 6: Mark your Availibility for Property Viewing

Select days of the week and the specific time range you are available on those days.

You can create multiple combinations. You can also modify these, later.

These availability slots will be visible to the prospective buyer/tenant as one-hour slots for fixing property viewing appointment with you.

With this step, your property can be submitted for approval for listing.
